Counseling Services

Once you have had an assessment, we can continue on with further counseling if desired.

Treatment will be tailored to your specific needs but here are some general ideas you can may experience from our sessions together:

• Enhancing confidence
• Building relationships
• Decrease in symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression
• Focusing on health promotion and wellness for individual growth and development

Together, we can work through grief and loss, trauma, and coping with a history of abuse. 

These sessions are for individuals (children, youth, and adults) and families.
